One dish that Andreea loves is polenta with eggs. Her grandma used to make this for her and it's probably the only dish she asked me to learn how to do. You will need an egg, a bit of butter and most important - some polenta.
You can use our recipe of polenta for this, if you don't know how to make it. You'll need to bring one more pot of water to boil (beside the one for the polenta). After it starts boiling place an egg in it and let it boil for two and a half minutes.
Pour cold water over the egg after the time has passed and let it cool a bit so you can handle it. Remove a bit of the egg shell and use a spoon to collect the hardened egg white and the very soft yolk. Don't try to peel it, it's too soft. Place it in a bowl add a bit of butter and four big spoons of polenta. Mix thoroughly and serve it.
If you want it to look a bit more fancy, place it on a plate (with care).
Add a small slice of butter over and enjoy it!
Ingredients:
1 very soft boiled egg;
4 big spoons of hot and fresh polenta;
20g of butter (salted, otherwise add a pinch of salt also).
