Yogurt and orange dressing

This is a perfect dressing for summer salads but it also works great as a dip for pork or chicken meat. All you need to make this is yogurt, an orange and a few spices.

Mix the yogurt and the spices in a bowl. Use a lot of dried mint, a bit of salt and a bit of fresh grounded pepper.  You can even add a bit of chili if you want to spice it up a bit.
Add the juice from 1 orange and stir until it's homogenized. Depending on the type of yogurt (how fat it is) and the quantity of orange juice you can get a more or less thick sauce. Make it thin if you're going to use it as dressing for salads, or thick if it's going to be a dip.
We've served it with Wine and Orange Marinated Pork, but you can use it for summer salads, as we've said.

Enjoy!

Ingredients:
250g yogurt (Greek yogurt works best) ;
The juice from 1 orange;
Spices (mint, pepper, salt and chili - to taste).
